The "Economic Stimulus Package" coming this summer from the Bush Administration is an attempt to halt the economy's slide into a full-scale recession. This rebate "package" will involve the dispersal of $600 to every person who filed a 2007 tax return. However, there are some limitations on who receives the rebate. Those individuals making over $87,000 in gross adjusted income and those couples making more than $150,000 in gross adjusted income will not receive the rebate. Unfortunately, this package is too small and arrives too late to significantly affect the movement toward recession.

I agree, and how should the citizenry reconcile this message with the previous admonition from the gub'mint to save more?
Well, Leo, we SAVE our paychecks....We SPEND our rebate. Jeesh! Now, be a good citizen and open a savings account. And a credit card account...

I just read Carolyn's blog, and I must agree with her. Where do we draw the line between personal and professional information? Actually, I think the way to get around this problem is simply to write fictionalize everything in your blog. After all, this is just an exercise in learning how to communicate with new media.
